BJKJ, a well-known enterprise in the high-end beauty equipment industry, has always been renowned for its stringent technical standards and product quality. When BJKJ’s procurement department sent an inquiry for arc-shaped hollow coils, we understood that this was not just an order but a comprehensive test of our technical capabilities and service quality.

In April 2025, Mr. Chen, BJKJ’s procurement lead, contacted Golden Eagle coil company for the first time, providing detailed product drawings and technical requirements for the arc-shaped hollow coils. These coils are intended for use in BJKJ’s new generation of high-end beauty devices, serving as a critical component of its core functional module. Recognizing the importance of such a high-quality client, we immediately formed a dedicated team, completing the technical evaluation and submitting a quotation plan within 24 hours.

During communications with BJKJ, the client specified requirements regarding mold costs, sample quantities, and minimum order quantities. We placed great emphasis on BJKJ’s project needs, with our general manager approving special preferential terms for mold costs, committing to a full refund of the tooling fee once the order amount reached RMB 100,000. Additionally, we proactively offered to provide BJKJ with 20 free samples of the arc-shaped hollow coils to fully support the client’s preliminary testing phase.

In mid-April, BJKJ’s procurement lead was reassigned to Ms. Zheng, marking a new phase in the project follow-up. We actively adapted to BJKJ’s arrangements, rescheduling the factory visit, which eventually took place successfully on May 14. During the visit, we comprehensively demonstrated the production process and quality control system for the arc-shaped hollow coils, particularly highlighting inspection steps such as XRF testing analysis and optical imaging measurements, which strengthened BJKJ’s confidence in our manufacturing capabilities.

Throughout the subsequent three-month silent period of the project, we maintained appropriate communication with BJKJ, patiently awaiting the client’s internal decision-making process. In early August, BJKJ officially notified us of the project launch, and we responded immediately, confirming the latest drawing details with BJKJ’s technical team. Although BJKJ had strict requirements regarding pricing, we adhered to our principle of prioritizing quality and, through professional analysis, secured BJKJ’s approval of the quotation.

On August 14, BJKJ paid the tooling fee, officially commencing the sample production of the arc-shaped hollow coils. Specifically designed for BJKJ’s beauty devices, these coils employ special winding techniques and a hollow structure, offering excellent electromagnetic performance and stability, fully meeting BJKJ’s technical requirements for high-end products.
