Today was truly an unexpected and touching day for me. Early in the morning, I received a call from an old client, who said they had just taken on a new project - to provide components for a well-known mobile phone brand. The client's requirements for the inductor coils were extremely strict - the flatness had to be controlled within 0.01mm, and they also wanted a special polygonal structure. The client's tone on the phone was anxious, saying they had already approached three suppliers, but the samples were all不合格. The project was on the verge of failure.

To be honest, upon hearing this requirement, my heart also skipped a beat. Although Golden Eagle is renowned in the industry for its precise manufacturing, such strict requirements are indeed rare. They stayed in our workshop for the entire day. Finally, the quality director said, "I have visited many inductor coil factories. Your quality control system is the most perfect. Especially in the area of flatness control, you have indeed reached the top level of the industry." This incident made me even more convinced that our technical strength can withstand tests.

I fully understand the current emotions of the client. An important project got stuck because of a seemingly simple component. I have witnessed too many cases like this. So I immediately arranged for the sample workshop to handle this order with priority, and asked Mr. Zhu to personally follow up on the production process. During the production process, we also discovered a detail in the client's drawing that could be optimized. We proactively suggested making the modification, which not only ensured the flatness but also improved the overall performance.

The entire process was like a series of challenges. From receiving the request for help, to analyzing the requirements, to organizing production, and finally delivering the perfect sample. When I sent the test report to the client in the afternoon, they repeatedly sent out three "Thank you so much" emojis.
