Old Wu runs a medical accessories trading company in Guangzhou. His clients are mostly small clinics that are highly price-sensitive. When he asked Fengchuang for a quote, he said bluntly, "I don't care about quality – just make it cheap. The cheaper, the better." He says, "Fengchuang taught me one lesson: the cheapest thing often costs you the most."

Client only wanted cheap – Fengchuang politely declined. A year later, the client came back, saying the cheap parts had cracked. Solid quality is what lasts.
