In the 'unattended' corner connecting to the vast deep sea.

This morning at 3 a.m., I sent the last test report to the Dutch client. The rain over Songshan Lake outside finally stopped, reflecting the unextinguished lights of the R&D center. Ten minutes later, the reply came: 'Amazing stability! This is exactly the solution we have been looking for over five years.' My fingers hovered over the keyboard for a long time, and in the end, I only sent a smiley emoji. The string that had been taut for more than seven hundred days finally relaxed. Two years ago at the Munich Electronica exhibition, this client passed by our booth, picked up our industrial connector samples, and politely asked, 'Can it be used in deep-sea robot joints? It needs to withstand ten-thousand-meter water pressure, resist salt-alkali corrosion, and maintain zero signal delay.' I answered honestly, 'Currently, standard products cannot.' He nodded, left his business card, and said, 'If you can solve it, please contact me. We have asked major global suppliers, and they all said "no custom development plans." ' These words became the starting point of our attack. There were also opposing voices inside the company: Investing millions in R&D for a niche demand, is it worth it? But the general manager overruled the objections: 'What others don't develop is often where the barrier lies.' The hardest part was simulating the test environment. The high-pressure chamber was too expensive, so the engineers actually got inspiration from discarded pressure cookers and seawater farms to build a simple yet effective simulation system. What surprised me most was Engineer Wang from the materials team, a taciturn senior engineer, who stayed in the lab for three consecutive months and eventually proposed modifying a certain aerospace coating material to solve the problem of micro-leakage in metal substrates under high pressure. This solution had no precedent globally. The process was full of anxiety. I communicated frequently with the client on details, and every time I heard the change in their tone from expectation to doubt and then back to renewed hope, I felt double the pressure and responsibility. I understand their helplessness of being 'selectively ignored' by the global supply chain. Now, besides this Dutch client, their solution has also attracted the attention of a domestic deep-sea exploration institution. The story began with a rejected business card, grew through a thousand cycles of high-pressure tests, and finally connected the ten-thousand-meter seabed with the laboratory in Dongguan. When everyone says 'no', we say 'yes' — Fuying Electronics, dedicated to conquering the uncharted challenges in the connector field.
