Yesterday afternoon, an emergency meeting invitation from a medical equipment manufacturer in Hunan suddenly appeared on the schedule. I thought it was due to a quality issue, so I immediately connected the video. To my surprise, the person on the other end of the line, their technical director, Mr. Zhang, said the first sentence: "Jeannie, we need to replace all the power modules of the next year's monitoring devices with yours." He said seriously: "We just completed a comparative test. Your modules have persisted for twice the time as others without failing during the accelerated aging test."

This result was within my expectations, but the customer's active recognition still moved me deeply. Surprisingly, Mr. Zhang then shared a detail: During the high-temperature and high-humidity test, the competitor's module showed performance degradation on the 38th day, while our module still met the standards on the 76th day. Why can our products achieve such reliability? The reasons are very specific. First, we have increased the design margin by 30%. Ordinary modules may only leave 20% of power margin during design, while we insist on leaving 50%. This means that our modules never work at the limit, and their natural lifespan is longer. Secondly, we never compromise on the PCB board. Many manufacturers use ordinary FR-4 boards to reduce costs, but we always use special boards with high TG values. Although each square meter is 200 yuan more expensive, the stability in high-temperature environments is vastly different. Thirdly, our production line has 38 quality inspection processes, 12 more than the industry average, ensuring that every出厂 product meets the design standards.

What makes me most proud is the actual usage data of the customer. An industrial automation enterprise in Zhejiang, their equipment is used in the high-temperature environment of a steel mill.
