The Measurement Standard

We continuously acquire the finest testing instruments available. The Hioki IM3536—a Japanese LCR meter that sets the global benchmark for inductor coil testing—sits in our quality lab alongside Keyence dimensional measurement systems and programmable tension testers.

These instruments reveal what cheaper testers miss. A basic LCR meter might tell you your air core coil passes. The Hioki IM3536 tells you how much margin remains before it fails. That difference matters when your product operates at the edge of specifications.

With this equipment, mediocrity is not an option. Every coil is measured against standards that leave no room for guesswork.
