Automotive-grade on-board wireless charging coils are high-precision and high-reliability core components. Our Japanese client supports Toyota’s on-board charging equipment. The project required multi-strand ultra-fine enameled wire coils with precise 90° hard bending, zero wire damage and stable resistance. All products must pass strict automotive tests including -40℃~125℃ temperature cycling, high-frequency vibration and long-term aging tests. Many suppliers failed the durability test and could not meet the standards.
Multi-strand ultra-fine wires are fragile and easy to break during conventional winding and bending, resulting in unstable resistance and product failure. The client’s project was severely delayed due to unqualified samples from mainstream manufacturers.
Fuying Electronics set up a dedicated automotive R&D team, developed exclusive pneumatic bending equipment, and optimized winding, bending and shaping processes. We completed process debugging in 3 days and delivered qualified samples in 2 days, greatly shortening the client’s R&D cycle.
