Case of oversize air core coil

On June 23, 2025, Polish customer Kostas found us online and wanted to customize a hollow coil from us. The diameter of the hollow coil is very large, reaching 170mm. The customer has contacted many manufacturers, but they are unable to do so. Because it is too large, many manufacturers do not have such hollow coil molds.

When the customer found us, I immediately told them that there was no problem and that we could make this large-sized hollow coil, because I had just quoted a similar hollow inductor coil to a large state-owned enterprise in China. The customer is very interested and has agreed to visit the factory for inspection in July.

In July, a customer came to our Golden Eagle Electronics. We first took the customer to visit our inductor coil sample room. Our product range is very diverse, including hollow coils from 1mm to 300mm and medical precision coils with an inner diameter of 0.19m. The customer was very surprised because we were able to achieve such high precision. I immediately took the customer to visit our inductor coil production line. The customer was very satisfied with our company's production process and quality inspection process. After the visit, they immediately placed an order for hollow coil samples.

In August, we completed the customer's order in less than 15 days from placing the order, making the mold, and producing the sample, which is much shorter than the 25 day time of our peers, especially for such a large hollow coil mold.
