Since manual bending has a high possibility of lead breakage and it is difficult to achieve 100% accuracy in the 90-degree angle size with manual bending, it was finally decided to develop a pneumatic device for bending coil leads, which would control the bending force and angle size. After three days of equipment design by the R&D team, the equipment was formally put into production by the manufacturer. And within two days after the equipment was delivered to the factory, samples were made and sent to Mr. Lin. After receiving the samples, Mr. Lin quickly tested the coil resistance and inductance, and excitedly reported that the sample size, bending angle, and product performance fully met their requirements. After a trial order of 1,000 pieces confirmed no problems, Mr. Lin did not hesitate to place a mass production order of 50,000 pieces.
