Golden Eagle's RFID coil has broken through technical challenges and successfully entered the construction industry

In April of this year, a renowned U.S. construction equipment company contacted us. As the project was already in mass use, they urgently needed an RFID coil with a sensing distance of 1.2 meters. Due to the demanding long-distance requirement, they consulted several domestic coil manufacturers, all of whom declined customization after hearing the specifications. With 25 years of industry experience and an in-house R&D team, we swiftly established an emergency new product development plan after receiving the technical drawings, convening the R&D, quality, and production departments to analyze the drawings.
The R&D manager identified that the product's unique distance requirement necessitated both strict dimensional control and performance optimization. The engineering team tested multiple wire diameters and modified winding processes. During this period, samples underwent repeated debugging, with each iteration refining parameters closer to the customer's needs.
After two months of overcoming challenges, Golden Eagle successfully resolved the sensing distance issue, exclusively customizing the RFID coil and sending samples. Days later, the customer surprisingly replied via email that the samples passed testing, marveling at Golden Eagle's R&D capabilities. This product not only reduces labor costs but also lowers overall expenses. Consequently, we successfully became the company's supplier, and the customer has scheduled a factory audit. Golden Eagle's rapid customization speed has also won high praise from the client.
