A large-sized inductor coil refers to a coil with a larger diameter and a large number of turns. Compared with the common small-sized inductor coils, it has a higher inductance value and carrying capacity, providing a broader functionality for various applications. Wire material selection: Select the wire material suitable for ultra-large-sized coils. Consider the current-carrying capacity, temperature resistance and resistance of the wire. During the winding process, attention should be paid to the uniform distribution of turns, the isolation between conductors, and the quality of the insulation layer.


Insulation layer control: The insulation layer in large-sized coils is crucial for ensuring the performance and safety of the coils. During the manufacturing process, it is necessary to pay attention to controlling the thickness and uniformity of the insulation layer, and avoid the occurrence of bubbles, unevenness and non-uniformity. Appropriate insulation coating techniques and quality inspection methods can be adopted to ensure the quality of the insulation layer.


Heat dissipation design: The large-sized coils generate considerable heat, so a proper heat dissipation system needs to be designed. Heat dissipation devices such as heat sinks, fans, or liquid cooling can be used to ensure that the coils can effectively dissipate heat during operation, preventing overheating from adversely affecting the performance of the coils.


Quality control and testing: During the process of manufacturing large-sized coils, strict quality control and testing must be carried out. This includes insulation resistance testing, inductance testing, inter-turn voltage testing, etc., to ensure that the quality and performance of the coils meet the design requirements. At the same time, a complete quality management system and records should be established to trace the production process and quality parameters of each coil.
