Half a year ago, Mr. Lin, the purchasing manager of a Shenzhen-based client, urgently called us. He said he had a wireless charger induction coil project for automotive use that was extremely critical and time-sensitive. He had already approached multiple wireless charger induction coil factories for sample production, but all samples failed to pass due to resistance exceeding specifications. Through detailed communication with Mr. Lin about the wireless charger induction coil, we learned that it required 0.08*105-strand hot-air enameled wire, with an extremely short lead wire of only 4.6mm. Even more challenging, such a short lead wire needed to be bent at a 90-degree angle. Bending multi-strand short lead wires at an angle was highly likely to cause several strands to break, resulting in excessively high resistance in the wireless charger induction coil. After hearing Mr. Lin's troubles, Jinyang immediately convened a project meeting to focus on how to prevent lead wire breakage during bending. Since manual bending had a high risk of breakage and could hardly achieve 100% accuracy in the 90-degree angle, we ultimately decided to develop a pneumatic coil lead bending device to control bending force and angle dimensions. After a three-day design cycle, the device was officially handed over to the equipment manufacturer for production. Samples were prepared and sent to Mr. Lin just two days after the device was delivered to our factory. Upon receiving the samples, Mr. Lin quickly tested the resistance and inductance of the wireless charger induction coils and excitedly feedback that our samples' dimensions, bending angles, and product performance fully met their requirements. After a trial order of 1,000 pieces confirmed no issues, he promptly placed a mass production order for 50,000 pieces.
