On June 11, 2025, Dongsanguan Golden Eagle Electronics Co., Ltd. received an inquiry for frame coils used in flow meters and amplifiers through Fengchuang 1688 platform. After learning that the XAXE customer had no design drawings and could only provide a frame coil sample encapsulated in the amplifier with glue, the export team quickly initiated an emergency response. Since disassembling the frame coil sample requires professional cutting tools, and our company does not have such equipment, the export supervisor immediately suggested that the customer send hardware components for evaluation instead, and simultaneously added WeChat to establish an exclusive communication channel to avoid losing the business opportunity due to delayed platform information. This professional and flexible handling of details laid the "professional response" trust foundation for the subsequent cooperation with the customer on frame coils.

After the frame coil samples arrived, technical difficulties followed one after another: Firstly, in terms of material upgrade, the customer requested to replace the M3 screws with stainless steel rods to solve the problem of the original parts being prone to damage; Secondly, in terms of functional customization, new magnetic attraction configuration and glue encapsulation process requirements were added. Facing these challenges, the engineering team completed the feasibility assessment within 24 hours, with a firm reply of "full service can undertake", demonstrating Golden Eagle Electronics' strong technical strength to cope with complex frame coil requirements.

During the quotation stage, both parties discussed the mold cost for frame coils. The customer proposed to replace the mold with 3D printing to reduce costs. The Golden Eagle Electronics engineering team detailedly pointed out from a technical perspective that 3D-printed frames had risks of insufficient precision and rough surface. After multiple rounds of in-depth communication, both parties finally reached a compromise solution of "initial frame 3D printing as a transition + subsequent mold production for mass production". Subsequently, the engineering team completed the disassembly analysis of the frame coil in just one day and completed the precise design of the frame drawing, converting technical confidence into a powerful driving force for the cooperation of frame coils.

On July 9, 4 hours after the quotation was sent out, the customer responded that "the leadership has accepted the quotation and is willing to pay the sample fee for the frame coil". Such efficient decision-making is supported by the company's 20-year industry accumulation. The company has over 10,000 cases of coil customization, equipped with a precision production line consisting of 73 automatic winding machines, 26 Alpha winding machines, 126 CNC winding machines, 31 multi-axis winding machines, and a 0.001mm-level testing laboratory, providing a solid quality barrier for the high-quality production and delivery of frame coils.
