People don't know much about wireless chargers. As a first-class wireless phone charger manufacturer, we will introduce you to various information about wireless charging in detail.
1.Composition of the wireless charging module
The components of wireless charging: graphite sheet, nanocrystalline magnetic isolation material, FPC coil, glue for bonding. Among them, nanomaterials have two different materials: nanocrystalline and amorphous. FPC coils also have two different wiring methods: ordinary winding and multi-strand side-by-side winding.
2. How the wireless charging module works
Its working principle uses Faraday's electromagnetic induction. When the current passes through the coil, that will generate a magnetic field; and the generated magnetic field will form a voltage. A current will be generated with the voltage, and the current can be charged. This is how wireless chargers achieve remote charging.
3. Configuration required to use wireless charger
Taking the iPhone as an example, only iPhone 8 and later models support Qi wireless charging. The MagSafe wireless charging method is only supported by the iPhone 12 and iPhone 13 series models. This means that it cannot charge many older models with wireless chargers. Because the wireless charger needs three conditions to work, usually the transmitter (Tx) transmission standard/protocol (Qi) and the receiver (Rx). The wireless charging module only provides the part of the transmitter (Tx). Of course, our products conform to the QI transmission protocol.
The above is some information about the wireless charging module; if you are interested or in need, please get in touch with us.
